The App Store rating is among the highest in travel, and the email parsing is the reason people stay. On Trustpilot, where the score is 1.7 out of 5 from 47 reviews, a June 2026 reviewer reported nearly missing a flight after an incorrect gate-change alert. Going.com's January 2026 review noted the parser "doesn't always understand emails that you forward and can miss some items", and that the app "isn't the most hip".
